1 About these terms

These terms apply when you use the GramMitra Connect website or WhatsApp service (chat and WhatsApp calls), operated by GramMitra Connect LLP. By booking a service, you agree to them.

2 Our role

• GramMitra Connect is a platform that connects customers with independent local service providers. We arrange the booking; we do not own the machines or employ the providers.
• The provider is responsible for carrying out the work properly and safely.

3 Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after you approve it on WhatsApp.
• We try our best to find a provider for every request, but availability cannot be guaranteed for every date and time.
• Please give correct details about the work, the place and the time, and make sure the place can be safely reached.

4 Booking codes

Keep your Start Work Code and Completion Code private. Give each one only to your provider, at the right moment.

5 Cancellation

You can cancel a booking by typing "cancel" in the WhatsApp chat or by telling us on the WhatsApp call.

6 Fair use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, give false information, or abuse providers or our team. We may stop serving anyone who does.

7 Complaints

If something goes wrong, type "help" in the WhatsApp chat, ask on the WhatsApp call, or write to info@grammitraconnect.com. We will look into it and respond.

8 Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, GramMitra Connect is not responsible for the work done by independent providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law.

9 Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
